Jacob’s Bio

Jacob is a multi-talented recent college grad who always makes sure he never
loses focus of your organization's goals. He is responsible for a wide range of
media research, web development and creative development, as well as unique
guerilla marketing, social media and presentation projects. He has worked in a
wide array of industries, including summer camp, education, real estate, food,
retail, travel, and has even started to work in the wide world of knitting. As
an established "digital native," he prides himself on his mastery of Constant
Contact e-marketing and his knowledge of how to build creative content to drive
web traffic and create new business. In addition to
Constant Contact, he is
“fluent” in Facebook, Twitter, WordPress,
Pinterest, and other popular online
applications. He recently produced an e-marketing campaign that drove more than
2,000 inquiries to the client’s website in just 48 hours.
But Jacob never forgets the roots of buzz-building and PR outreach. He loves
to employ both the digital and traditional avenues to generate consumer
awareness and engagement with clients. Whether he is directing a social media
campaign or writing a pitch-perfect press release, he isn't satisfied until he's
crafted the compelling and absorbing messages you can expect from theONswitch.
In working for a variety of organizations, Jacob has researched and written
published articles on the influence and growing reach of social media. He is
well-versed in starting and managing online marketing campaigns from the ground
up, using Google Adwords and Pay Per Click advertising. He holds a BA in
Psychology from Wesleyan University and his interests include film, sports
psychology and scouring The New Yorker magazine for the best and most original
cartoons.
