In addition to marketing communications projects, theONswitch tackles business analysis and planning. We helped a major New York ad agency analyze its current customer base and crafted a targeted expansion plan

Imagine —The agency was doing very well, but believed the slope of the growth chart could be even steeper.

Focus —We analyzed the agency’s current client base and where the greatest industry growth might lie in the future (scoring the entire Fortune 500 against specific proprietary criteria, which we developed). We also did a review of the agency’s core competencies and identified opportunities for cross-selling within the current client base.

Buzz —The results were turned into a powerful strategic plan that was presented to agency senior management.
